Michael Drew

Michael has been an entrepreneur for over 15 years with interests in real estate and stock market investing as well as wealth building. His experience includes coaching and mentoring clients to develop strategies for them to accomplish their cash flow objectives. He is currently writing his first book, The Cashflow Manifesto, which studies the science of cashflow.

Michael has completed real estate transactions in Florida, Ohio, Indiana, and California an his model illustrates how to create secure, passive income while surpassing market performance.

“After studying business for years, I’ve learned about the importance of systems, developing efficient processes, and creating value. Having an exit plan clearly articulated prior to entering a transaction. Searching for a leverage method of income and cashflow from Day 1 - I found Indianapolis real estate. Although quick flips are great, after my dad passed 5 year ago, I saw the need to truly build consistent asset-backed monthly income for my Mom and family without the unpredictable exposure to the stock market. The Dow Jones first hit 10,000 on March 30th, 1999. Where is it today? After 20 banks failed and extensive research of the marketplace I found that many baby boomer clients and young alike want to increase the percentage of their portfolio of hard assets instead of paper assets. Our clients enjoy consistent returns in their IRAs or Roth IRAs and are cash-flow positive on 15-year mortgages. Microsoft, Cisco, Home Depot, Sears, Citibank, General Motors, all mostly flat for the last 5-10 years. This collective realization led to the building of the Real Estate Done 4U model.”
